 Cappy began her real estate career in Chicago, Illinois in 1977.  It was in that year that she left teaching in the Chicago Public School system to manage luxury condomium properties along Chicago's expansive lakefront. Through the years, Ms. Abraham's involvement in the real estate arena has expanded significantly. 

  She has managed large portfolios of condominium properties, developed and renovated a multitude of real estate projects, and served a vast community in both Chicago and Palm Beach as a knowledgeable and energetic real estate broker licensed in both Florida and Illinois.

  It was her unique vision that propelled Ms. Abraham to open an independent residential real estate firm in Palm Beach. That vision was to establish a boutique firm that would be dedicated to serving the needs of individuals and taking them through the process of buying or selling their homes with exceptional personalized service every step of the way.

 Cappy grew up in New York City, has two grown daughters and a step-daughter and five adorable grandchildren to whom she is very devoted.  She enjoys theater and the arts and actively supports many worthwhile charitable organizations among which are:  Autism Speaks, Palm Beach Community Chest/United Way, the Jewish Federations of Palm Beach and Chicago, and the Parkinson's Institute.

A native New Yorker who raised her family in Manhattan, Harriet understands the intricacies of the city's unique real estate market. She can guide buyers not only to their ideal neighborhood and home, but on the ins and outs of educating children (both in public and private schools) and on getting around this great city as well. As an investor in real estate herself, she is adept at spotting value and at the art of making a deal…and she loves the process!

Known for her integrity and sensitivity to customer satisfaction, Harriet believes in open, two-way communication with her clients. "The more knowledgeable someone is about the market, the easier it is to make wise and timely choices," is her theory, and it works. With a Masters degree in School Psychology, and a concentration in Marketing Communications, it's easy to see where Harriet developed her innate flair for working well with others.  She also completed the Executive Program at Darden Graduate Business School, University of Virginia, which further set the stage for her business success.

With such former clients as Verizon, the Culinary Institute of America, Sally Jessy Raphael, MAXX Properties and The Museum of Arts and Design to her credit, Harriet utilizes her vast knowledge, skills and contacts in providing clients with prompt, efficient, unsurpassed service and know-how when it comes to buying or selling real estate. Over the years she has contributed to numerous non-profit organizations such as The Disaster Resource Network (DRN), an initiative of the World Economic Forum and the ADL.  She is a National Commissioner and member of the Media and Marketing Committee of the Anti Defamation League, and serves on their Regional Board.  She also serves on the Board of Governors of Daytop Village.  Harriet resides on the Upper East Side, having previously lived off Central Park West.
